Pair of houses; one build. Early C19. Colourwashed brick with brick string
course and dentil cornice. Old tile roof, patched with C20 tile; brick ridge
stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; each 2-window range. Each symmetrical with
central entrance. No.12 has C20 door with brick segmental arch. 2 bow windows
with glazing bars. No.14 has 6-panelled door with moulded wood surround and
shallow hood. C20 ground floor windows under brick segmental arches. First floor
has 16-pane sashes throughout. Rear has twin gables. Interior not inspected.
