GV II

House. C17. Squared, coursed lias with C20 tile roof and brick ridge and end
stack. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window range. L-shaped plan, with gable facing to
front. C20 door with hood in left facade. To left and right of main facade
ground floor.a.C20 three-light casement. C20 two-light casement to first floor
left and right. Casements have wood lintels, that to ground floor left renewed.
Two C20 gabled dormers in roof of main range. To centre a small offset buttress
rises to roof. Roof of facing gable has been slightly raised, and has a course
of bricks below eaves. To right, house has been shortened C19 to form a separate
cottage, now Tredington Manor (not included). Interior not inspected but likely
to be of interest. Included for group value.
