Hamptworth Lodge

GV II

Garden gates, gate piers, ha-ha walls and lychgate at entrance to
services. 1912 by Sir Guy Dawber for H.C. Moffat. Flemish bond
brick ha-ha walls, curving to sides of front of house. Fine
wrought-iron double gates with initials HMC and a single highly
decorative gate in south side of wall to garden. Square brick
piers with moulded stone cappings and pinnacles. Timber-framed
lychgate to right of house has gabled tiled roof.
