Pair of attached cottages. 2-bay early C17 cottage with added bays
of late C17 and C18. Timber-framing with brick nogging in square
panels to three bays, English bond brick to C18 bay to right,
hipped thatched roof with axial brick stack. Lobby entry. Single
storey and attic, 4-window front. Two planked doors to left and
right, with 3-light casement between and two 2-light casements and
one 3-light casement to left. All leaded glass. Attic has one
small bay with 2-light leaded casement and 2-light casement to
right. Right return has one cast-iron casement to ground floor
and one 2-light casement to first floor. Left return is
windowless. Rear has two planked doors and four 2-light C20 metal
casements.
