1879-81. By C L Luck. In the Tudor style. Red brick with stone dressings. Three storeys. Reading from left, two gabled bays set forward (the Principal's Lodge), four windows, the entrance gateway with battlements, four small windows, large single gable with an oriel window. Mullion and transom windows. Tiled roof.
