Mid to late C18 pair of home farm cottages associated with Ryecroft Hall. Two-
storeys, large sandstone "bricks" with flush quoins. Stone slate roof with corniced
chimneys. Three-light square mullion windows in squared surrounds, renewed mullions
to ground floor. Squared jamb doorways. Rear wing, probably part of former
stables, has blocked segmental archway dated 1752.
