Cottage orné. Dated 1859. Stone with timbered first floor and slate roof. Two storeys, two bays. Floor with Tudor-style doorway, a 3-light pointed arched window in projecting wing, and a stone-mullioned bay window. Upper storey with oriel windows, steep gables and pierced ornamented bargeboards; stone chimneys and panelled chimney breasts. Garden front modernised.
