Farmhouse and part of a former shippon. Late C18. Double-
depth 3-bay house with 2 storeys and shippon to left, now
part of house. Quoins. Blocked doors to left and right. 6-
light ground floor window and 3, 6 and 2-light first floor
windows all with recessed flat-faced stone mullions. Barn
door to former shippon with stone lintel. Front painted and
gables rendered. 2 altered double-chamfered stone mullion
windows to rear. Bulletin of the Saddleworth Historical
