SADDLEWORTH RIDGE LANE SE 00 NW (east side) 4/246 Former house immediately east of Ridge - Farmhouse G.V. II House, now outbuilding. Late C18 but incorporating earlier work. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. Single-depth plan of 2 bays and 3 storeys. Quoins to ground and first floors only. 5 and 4-light ground floor windows the left with a later door inserted (now blocked) and recessed flat-faced stone mullions, the right with double-chamfered stone mullions. 7-light first floor window and 14-light workshop window to second floor with king mullions and 4 blocked lights. Gable chimney stacks. 2- light windows to gables. Large opening cut into rear to form a garage.
