Pair of semi-detached villas. Early C19. Stucco. Hipped slated
roofs with projecting eaves and tall central slab
chimney-stack. 3 storeys and semi-basement. 2 windows each and
recessed entrance extensions. Square-headed doorways with
overlights and panelled doors approached by steps with
cast-iron balustrades. Ground floor round-arched casements in
shallow round-arched recesses linked by impost bands and
having wrought-iron balconies. 1st floor casements with
console-bracketed cornices and wrought-iron balconies. 3rd
floor sashes. INTERIORS: not inspected.
