TQ 2878 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER EATON GATE, SW1 102/10 Eaton House (including 66A Eaton Square) GV II Detached house in terrace format on corner site. Mid C19. Stucco. 4 storeys plus attic mansard. Eaton Square facade. 3 windows wide with 1 storey 1 bay porch to left and 5-bay return to Eaton Gate. Rusticated quoins. Channelling to ground floor. Projecting Doric porch. First floor balustraded balcony. First floor windows pedimented. Corniced to second and ,third floors; all architraved above ground floor, and square headed. Sashes, plate glass; French casements to first floor. Cornice and foliated frieze above third floor. Segmental pediments to dormers and stucco finals. Cast iron area railings. Integral part in Eaton Square layout.
