TQ 2980 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER GOLDEN SQUARE Wl 70/42 No 11 24.2.58 - II* Terrace house, c.1778, front rebuilt in facsimile 1954, reusing decorative Coade stonework. Amber brick, slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Doorway to left in Coade stone enriched, panelled pilaster strip case with decorated dosserets flanking fanlight and cornice over, 6-panel door, patterned fanlight. Revealed glazing bar sash windows under flat gauged arches. First floor enriched stone plat band and plain sill band; enriched cornice band and parapet with coping. Wrought iron area railings. Interior has cut string staircase with wrought iron balustrade and mahogany decorative plasterwork to 1st floor front room ceiling, etc. Survey of London; vol XXXI
