basement. 3 windows wide. Central pilastered, corniced, entrance. Panelled door.
Square headed architraved windows. Corniced to first floor. Strip plasters between
bays. Sashes to ground floor; casements to first floor. Plate glass. Cast iron
balconies to ground floor.
