Barn approx. 20m south of new Kewferry Farmhouse

Barn. Late C17/early C18. C20 weatherboard over timber frame; gabled-old
tile roof tiles removed. 4-bay plan, with gabled porch to west and inserted
C20 windows to east. Interior: original timber frame of heavy scantling
with tenoned middle rails; most of studding is mid/late C19. Unjowled
posts arch-braced to tie beams and wall plates; collar-truss roof with side
struts; common rafters tenoned into staggered butt purlins. C19 aisle
added to west side adjoining porch.
