GV II
House, now house and bakery. C17 origins and C18 altered C20. Squared coursed
limestone with Collyweston slate roof. L-shape plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range
of horizontal sliding sash windows at first floor, set under eaves. 3-light
ovolo-moulded stone mullion window, to ground floor right, and 2 C20 casement
windows, under wood lintels, to centre and left. C20 door, under wood lintel, to
right of centre and plank door adjacent, also under wood lintel, gives access to
bakery. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Lean-to extension to right. Interior not
inspected but noted as having ceiling beams.
