Late C18. Probably lodges or stable and coachman's house, originally to South End
House, Montpelier Row (q.v.). Identical fronts facing each other across a courtyard.
Two storeys, 3 bays wide with central open pediment broken into by round-headed
window above doorway.
Brown brick with red dressings (White Cottage has been painted white and some of its
windows altered). Hipped slate roof.
