Early C19. Stock brick with band above ground floor. Three storeys and basements, two windows, recessed sashes with glazing bars, those of ground floor with semi-circular heads in double recesses. Doorways with quarter, or three quarter Doric columns. Fine wrought iron area railings with pineapple finials to Nos 29 to 39.

All the listed buildings in Albert Gardens form a group with Nos 495 to 529 (odd) Commercial Road.
