1. 5018 HILLINGDON ROAD (West Side) Nos 11 & 12 TQ 08 SE 21A/297 II GV 2. C18 pair with early-mid C19 front. Each 2 storeys and sunk basement, 2 windows. Fairly high pitched slated roof, now tarred, with a wide modern dormer. Walls stuccoed with cornice band and parapet. Shouldered moulded architraves to windows, those on 1st floor of No 12 sashes with glazing bars, the others modern plate glass. Doors paired in centre, with flanking pilasters and pediment over, that of No 11 modern, that of No 12 4-panel, half glazed. Included for group value only.

Nos 11 to 24 (consec) and No 25A form a group.
