School. 1913, by L C C Architects Department. Rear block is original Technical Institute or School of Arts and Crafts designed also by L C C Architects Department in 1905-6. Brown and black brick and tile. 2 main storeys and roof storey. Main block, three storeys. Four bay centre with two and three-bay gabled wings set forward to left and right. Mullion and transom windows. Five bay block set forward to left with two right bays under gable. Two hipped dormer windows in main roof. Original boundary wall with arched entrances.
