1. 4412 COLLEGE APPROACH SEIO (South Side)

2. 1831. 2 storeys, 5 windows. 3-bay centre projects slightly and rests on wide, open carriageway. Stucco, with entablatures to both floors,parapet above. On 1st floor frieze inscription "GREENWICH MARKET, ERECTED MDCCCXXXI." Through either side of archway a colonnade of paired Doric columns. Recesses separate centre from one-bay side sections. 1st floor sash windows with glazing bars in moulded architraves with frieze and cornice; those in side bays have pediments also. Ground floor openings round arches, wmth moulded architrave; and impost string continuous with cornice head over 6-panel double doors. Radial fanlights with margin lights .

The listed buildings on the South Side of College Approach form a group with Nos 37 and 37A King William Walk.
