Erected in 1694 but largely rebuilt in 1881. 1 storey and attic. 3 windows.
3 gabled dormers. Red brick. Coved stuccoed eaves cornice. Tiled roof.
Casement windows. Over the centre doorway is a tablet with the inscription:
"Anthony Rawlins Esq built these Houses for ye poor of this Parish of
Beckenham Anno. Dom. 1694".
