Coastguard cottages, a row of 3. Early C19, altered C20. Red
brick, hipped slate roof, 2 ridge and 2 wall stacks. Single
storey, 8 bay front comprising 2 advanced gabled porches with
side door and front small window, flanked by single sliding
glazing bar sashes.The centre cottage has had these replaced by
plain casements. Beyond to the left 2 further sliding sashes.
All openings have flat brick arches. Since these were built the
coast line has moved out a further half mile.
