G.V. II

Cottage. Late C18, raised and altered late C19. Red brick with
Collyweston slate roof, crested ridge tiles, 2 red brick gable
stacks. Single storey with attics, 3 bay front, dentillated
eaves course, with half-glazed door covered by C19 latticed
wooden porch, flanked by single glazing bar sashes with segmental
heads. In the roof are 3 gabled dormers with 2 light casements
and rendered cheeks. Included for group value only.
