Late C18, 2-storey, whitewashed brick, hipped slate roof, segmental front with 2 semi-elliptical arched doorways on ground floor and 3 semi-circular windows on 1st floor, side ones blocked. Set back behind small court.

No. 15 Elmer St., and Nos. 10 and 11, Stable to Vine House, and Nos 13 to 15 (consec) form a group
