Pair of Belvoir Estate houses. 1860s. Coursed ironstone with limestone
quoins and window dressings. 2 storeys. Central gabled cross wing
projects to street front (north) and is glazed by 2 2-light cross casements
to ground floor and 2 2-light casements to first floor, all under hood
moulds with label stops. In gable head is the Manners coat of arms.
Single bays flanking central gable are both lit through one 2-light
casement to ground floor with hood as before. Gabled roof and cluster of 4
central octagonal brick chimney flues on brick plinth.
