Former farmhouse. Early C19. Red brick chiefly in stretcher bond but pairs
of headers alternating with pairs of stretchers to every third course, C20
ridged tile roof, brick end stacks.
Central staircase plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. Central, panelled door
with overlight in painted stone porch with Doric columns and pilasters,
entablature and flat roof. 12-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors
with stone lintels and key blocks. Ironstone to sides and rear.
Interior not inspected.
