House, probably mid C18. Brick on cobble plinth, with Swithland slate roof,
2 storeys, 2 unit plan. Doorway with overlight slightly off centre, and flanking
12-light sash windows with thick wood cases, and cambered gauged brick heads.
2 upper sash windows also, and 2 others in gable wall. Moulded brick eaves
cornice, brick sill band. Gable end stacks.
