4.10.1967 Farmhouse
(Formerly listed with Cragg
House as barn dated 1744)
Barn, 1744. Sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. North-west wall has wide
entrance with segmental arch and is otherwise blank. Gables have copings with
kneelers. North-east gable wall has 2 ground-floor windows with plain stone
surrounds. The central door has long-and-short jambs. Above is a plaque
inscribed: 'W P Above is an owl hole with stone surround and
E 1744'.

segmental head. Under the apex are pigeon holes. Interior has 3 trusses with
tie beams and light collars, re-using some cruck material.
