Former hall-house, now cottage. Attached to No.74 at left. C16 with C19 elevations. Timber-framed and plastered with hipped plain tiled roof and short brick stack to left at junction with No.74 to left. Two storeys; one window front, glazing bar sashes. Small oriel at right end on first floor over large lattice window. C20 panelled door, door to left of this window.
