Two row cottages. Mid C18. Coursed rubble with wooden and
concrete lintels, stone dressings to porches and stone slate roofs
with stone stacks having brick caps. L-shaped plan with No 12 to
rear and No 13 parallel to-road. South front of No 13 of 2 storeys
and attic, 4-windows. Windows are 2 and 3-light casements; 4
hipped dormers with 2-light casements. Two segmental-headed
porches to junction of former division, that to right now glazed,
that to left with C19 studded plank and batten door. Large lateral
stack to west end wall. No 12 to rear with C20 fenestration
including large dormer and part-glazed door. Low dressed stone
boundary walls with square gate piers.
