House with attached cottage to right. Late C18. Squared
rubblestone. Stone slate roof with coped verges and saddlestone.
Ashlar stack to left. 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows. Entrance
door is to right of C18 house; 6-fielded panelled door has flat
stone hood on brackets and 3 steps up. To left is paired sash
with beaded mullion and case. Above is French window with margin
glazing bars, iron balcony and canopy over. Attached cottage to
right has plain door case and two 12-pane sashes in plain cases
above. 2 hipped dormers to roof. Interior not inspected.
Group value with attached C17 cottage to right; No 60 (q.v.).
