House at end of row, now office, sub-divided into two. Early to mid C19. Painted ashlar. Welsh slate hipped roof. Regency with later C19 2-storey extension to left. 3-storeys, 3-windows. Central 6-panelled door in later C19 porch, to right is 12-pane sash with side lights, to left is 4-pane sash with side lights. Right part has Guilloche band to first floor and pilasters with stucco decoration to first and second floors, two 12-pane sashes with wrought iron balconies. Left has one 4-pane sash. Second floor has plat band and two 9-pane sashes. Ornamental plaster cornice to deep eaves.
Group value with No 16 (q.v.), together a pair of Regency houses, linked by a central bay of blind windows.
