Early C19. 3 storey workshop/factory. Brick with stone plinth and stone cill
bands to 1st and 2nd floors on south west front. Hipped corrugated iron and asbestos
roof. 4 ranges of windows with segmental heads - 3 blocked on 2nd floor and 1
with glazing bar casement. 1st and ground floors altered. Entrance to right of
centre with segmental arch. West gable end has a standard mill window (mullioned
segmental headed window). Connects with 2 storey street front which has heavy
masks over windows flanking central entrance.
