Infants' Board School, now workshop. 1871. Limestone ashlar with
some brick banding. Slate roof with crested ridges and
ventilators. Central entrance with incised cross in hoodmoulded
arch on lintel cantilevered on brackets. Higher timber gabled
canopy with barge boards. Two-light windows with central chamfered
column. Large gable window with septfoiled head. Smaller
classroom to rear, also gabled to street. Small rear wing with
ablutions. Date on cast-iron rainwater heads.
