2 chest tombs. One dated 1728, the other early C19. Limestone, the C18 tomb with
chamfered base, plain pilasters and moulded ledger, the C19 tomb with moulded
base, fluted pilasters and moulded ledger. C18 tomb inscribed: 'To the memory of
Robert Cox who/Departed this Life/the 16 Day of September/1728 Aged 73' and: 'To
the memory of/Elizabeth the Wife of/Robert Cox who Departed/this Life the 10 Day
of June/17? in the 47 Year/of Her Age'. Headstone dedicated to one who: 'HAS
BURIED/MAY THE 10/1698' and has carved surround.
