Cottage, probably formerly two. C18 with mid C20 alterations; left part possibly
C19. Flemish stretcher bond brick. Thatched roof; brick ridge and left end
stacks. 2-unit, extended to 3-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range.
C20 ribbed door on left has hood with iron brackets. 2-light casement. To right
2 large C20 four-light canted bays have leaded lights and flat roofs. Casements,
of 2 lights with segmental arch to left, and 3 and 2 lights to swept dormers,
have glazing bars. Interior: run-out chamfered ceiling beams. Back-to-back open
fireplaces. Included for group value.
