Farmhouse and cottage, c1830-40. Timberframed clad in weatherboarding
to front and back, tile hung with alternate courses of plain and
scalloped tiles to right and built of brick in Sussex bond to left,
all on red brick plinth. Hipped slate roof with 4 cemented stacks.
Front of 2 storeys 3 windows. 16-pane sashes. Mid C19 off central
weatherboarded and gabled weatherporch. Rear elevation has projecting
wing to left. 4 16-pane sashes to first floor and 3 casements to
ground floor. Interior retains wooden fireplace with reeded pilasters
and paterae.

Early C19. Two storeys, Three windows. Faced with weather-boarding. Eaves
cornice. Hipped slate roof. Glazing bars intact. Gabled porch, now part of
the room behind with a window instead of a doorway.
