Probably C18. Altered in C19, Whitewashed rendering. Pitched tile roof. Chequer
brick stack. 2 storeys and attics. 3 canted bays on lst floor. Ground floor
projects under pitched tile roof, and has (from left to right) half-glazed door
with oblong fanlight, shop front with glazing bars, tripartite sash with glazing
bars, half-glazed double doors with oblong fanlight framed by pilasters and crowned
by elaborate moulded cornice on elaborate moulded brackets, then 1 more tripartite
sash with glazing bars. 3 gabled attic dormers, tile-hung cheeks, sashes with
glazing bars.
Nos 65 to 85 (consec), The Sun Public House and Nos 88 to 90 (consec) form a
group, togther with the Church of St Peter and St Paul, and with Nos 42 to 64
(consec) on the South side.
