Farmhouse, now house. C17 - C18. Diaper brick with roughcast
rendered plinth, brick faced flint to gable. Thatched roof.
Single-storey and attic, 3 bays, lobby entry plan. Door and stack
between bays 2 and 3. Boarded door within lattice timber porch.
Plat band. Tripartite casement timber windows with segmental heads
and stone or rendered sills. Thatch swept over 2 dormers and low
over rear outshut for full length, and half-hipped right. Four-
flue stack and left gable stack.
Interior: Outshut contains dairy with cream pan recesses full
length and high cupboards opposite, some only now remaining. Ogee
stop spine beams. Oven in stack. Queen strut roof.
