House. End C17-early C18. Flint with brick dressings, quoins and
raised plat band. Tiled roof. Main symmetrical block with central
rear wing. Facade 2 storeys, 5 bays with central entrance; 6-
panelled door with margin glazed upper lights under a flat moulded
canopy on console brackets. Timber cross windows with gauged brick
flat lintels to ground floor. Asymmetrical gable fenestration with
window to attics. Gable stacks. Crenellated ridge tiles.
Interior: Central wide hall with dog-leg stair. Flanking rooms
panelled with fireplace to left room. Moulded beam to kitchen in
original wing to right, the left re-entrant squared out in C19.
Under rear offices, an ice-house, mostly external with brick barrel
vault, but access from house. Bolection moulded fireplaces in
attics.
