Late C18 to early C19. Farmhouse, cottage and barn. In one range hammer
dressed stone. Quoins to gable of barn and to north west side of farmhouse
and cottage. Pitched stone slate roof. Concrete pantiles to farmhouse.
Coped gable to barn. Copings to farmhouse roof. 2 storeys. South East elevation:
Barn: Small doorway with chamfered millstone grit surrounds with tie-stones.
Large central doorway (recently part blocked to form small doorway) with semi-
circular arched head and quoins. Small doorway forming entrance to farmhouse
with chamfered millstone grit surrounds. Farmhouse: Ground floor; Large 4-
light stone mullioned window and one single light, both altered. First floor;
Former 11-light stone mullioned window (now part blocked) (several mullions
removed). Cottage: Ground floor; Entrance with chamfered millstone grit
surrounds. One 2-light stone mullioned window (chamfered reveals and recessed
mullion). First floor; One single light and one 2-light stone mullioned window
(chamfered reveals and recessed mullion). North West elevation: Barn; Two
single lights. Farmhouse; Small doorway with quoins (now blocked). Cottage;
One single light to first floor. South West gable of barn has single storey
lean-to extension in rubble - brought to courses.
