Shown on O.S. map as Preeswood Farmhouse.
Farmhouse. Mid- to late C18 with later additions and alterations.
Red brick; slate roof with integral end stacks. L-plan with 2-storey
service range at right-angles to rear on right. 2 storeys and gable-
lit attic with floor bands; 4-window front, late C19 and C20 casements
in C18 segmental-headed openings. Entrance in second bay from left;
6-panel door under C19 gabled timber porch. Service range has stepped
eaves cornice carried up around rear gable.
