Former public house. C17, with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed. Main range weatherboarded, wing rendered, both with tile-hung gables. Plain tile roof. T-plan; main range at right-angles to road, wing to left towards centre. Two storeys and garret. Half-hipped roof to main range, and to left gable-end of wing. Multiple brick ridge stack to junction of main range and wing. Irregular fenestration of two casements; one small paned casement to wing and one two-light to gable end of main range. Lean-to to front gable end. Weatherboarded lean-to in angle between main range and wing, returning round gable end of wing, with stack and with door to left end. Single-storey weatherboarded addition with half-hipped roof to right, also with door.

Interior: only partly inspected. Exposed beams and C17 fireplace to front room of main range.
