Barn, now two houses. C17 with C20 additions and alterations. Timber framed with painted brick nogging, some painted rubble to right, painted brick addition to left, rendered to rear, and graded stone slate roof with C20 tiles over left-hand addition. Four framed bays. One storey.

Framing: square panels, four up to wall-plate, and tension braces. Rendered central ridge stack and end stacks. C20 casements, five windows to first floor and eight to ground floor. Half-glazed door between third and fourth windows from left. Entrance to Hollydene at rear.
