Public house and shop. Late C18 with later additions and alterations.
Rendered and painted brick, slate roof with end stack to left and ridge
stack to right. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window front, glazing bar sashes,
first-floor right with segmental head, 3 hip-roofed eaves dormers;
No 26 (right) has late C20 shop front, No. 28 (left) has C19 triple-
round-arched fixed-light window flanked by doors (right-hand 6-panel)
with rectangular overlights in plain pilastered doorcases.
