GV II

House. Mid C18. Squared coursed lias with corrugated asbestos roof. 2-unit plan
originally lobby entry. 2 storeys. 3-window range of C19 and C20 casements under
wood lintels. C20 glazed door with flight of steps. Brick plinth at ground
level. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Interior not inspected but room to left of
entrance noted as having open fireplace with bressumer over. Included for group
value with Church of St. Peter and St. Paul (q.v.).
