Dated 1829. Brown brick; two storeys; three sash windows with moulded segmental lintels and keyblocks; moulded wood pilaster doorcase with open pediment and segmental fanlight; stone tablet with above date and sill engraved "Savings Bank". Returned side to Sheinton Street has plain gable and two-windowed wing.

School House, Priory Cottage and The Priory form a group.
