BADGER, Old Coach House

Cart shed with granary over. Probably C18, remodelled mid C19. Partially
timber-framed with red brick infilling partly resting on sandstone block
cross walls, plain tiled roof. Granary on first floor with open shelter
below divided into two by sandstone wall. First floor approached at east
end by tallet stairs, wooden hatches below eaves on north and south.
C19 red brick extensions to west and south. The division of the bottom
floor of the C18 part probably took place in mid C19.
