Earlier C19 chequered brick 3-storey house. 3-window range, originally 2 but
east side added to match in early C20. Stone cornice and renewed parapet.
Stone band at 2nd floor level. Gauged brick flat heads to 2nd floor windows.
1st floor 3 projecting wood oriels, 3-sided with moulded bases. Sash windows to
1st and 2nd floors. Ground floor 2 shopfronts, to west side symmetrical C19
front with canted 3-sided central window flanked by door and a window with
overall frieze and cornice. East side small 3-sided projecting window. Listed
for group value.
