Early C19 farmhouse, coursed rubble stone with brick dressings. 2-storey and
attic with stone tiled roof and end wall stacks. 3-window range, brick sides
and gauged brick heads to openings. 3-light outer windows, 2-light centre.
2 hipped dormers. Gabled central projecting porch. Brick angles. Symmetrical
low lean-to wings, set back with stone tiled roofs hipped at outer angle.
Hipped dormer each side. Wings run back to form rear courtyard with lean-to
range across rear of house. East wing hipped with gabled dormer, 2 gabled
dormers to lean-to, west wing gable ended. Rear roofs part plain-tiled.
